Delivery Information

Beyond Beauty aims to dispatch orders the next working day. We ship Monday-Friday excluding Bank Holidays, dispatch time may be slower between holidays such as Christmas and New Year so please allow extra time for delivery during these periods. All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2^nd Class Signed For at the cost of £4.50 or Free delivery on orders over £35. Normal estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days however please allow extra time at the moment with the royal mail strikes.

Local Pick Up

You can choose to collect your products from the salon rather than paying for postage. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted to arrange a date and time for collection or to collect on your next appointment.

Returns Information

Due to the nature of the items being sold returns are not accepted unless the item has arrived to you damaged or faulty. If this is the case please contact us using our Contact Form to arrange your return.

Back Orders

Back orders will be dispatched as soon as the item is in stock and you will contacted with an estimated wait time on the item after you have placed your order. Your main order will still be dispatched the next working day with your back order to follow when in stock.
